Subail Bin Alam

Mohammad Subail Bin Alam is the COO of Rancon Infrastructures and Engineering Limited (RIEL) and a Director of the BSREA, with over 18 years’ experience across the energy, infrastructure, and donor-funded programme sectors. He holds a B.Sc. in EEE from KUET and an MBA from the University of Dhaka.

Mr Subail has worked with Global Affairs Canada and USAID, as well as in business development in Thailand and Myanmar. He also frequently writes for Prothom Alo, Dhaka Tribune, and The Business Standard on energy policy and governance issues.
